Barbeito Method
Pre-university courses in Madrid. “Curso Cero”
There is a big qualitative leap between school and university. Subjects become more complex, the pace of study speeds up and the approach to the different areas is not the same as in Bachillerato (sixth form, ages 16–18).
That is why we have developed a pre-university course to help students organise themselves and study in this new stage.
The service we offer consists of a personalised programme built around each student’s needs. Every university degree is structured differently, as are its subjects and its methodology.
Levelling and refresher courses before university
The subjects we teach on these courses are mainly science-based: Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Technical Drawing. This way, students can both revise forgotten concepts and clear up practical and theoretical questions.
We can’t forget the humanities. This course also focuses on the needs of the more theoretical subjects. That is why at mundoestudiante we offer a course to improve reading comprehension as well as outlining and writing texts. We also provide personalised support to help you improve and progress in university-level English.
To be effective, the course should be taken over the summer. That way, every area of knowledge can be covered thoroughly.
The particular nature of each degree fits perfectly with our Barbeito Method, which offers personalised one-to-one lessons both in person and online. We also offer you a completely free trial lesson with no commitment so you can get to know us and we can set up your study plan.
