With regard to sending marketing communications, and in accordance with the Spanish Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de Información y Comercio Electrónico (LSSI), mundoestudiante will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent means of electronic communication that have not previously been requested or expressly authorised by their recipients.
However, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply where we have a contractual relationship with you, provided that we have lawfully obtained your contact details and use them to send you marketing communications about mundoestudiante products or services that are similar to those you originally contracted. In any case, mundoestudiante offers data subjects the option to object to the processing of their data for promotional purposes through a simple, free-of-charge procedure, both when the data is collected and in each marketing communication sent to them.
