How do you approach tutoring for university students?
We apply the Barbeito Method: we tackle the problem from the foundations, with no lectures and no blackboards. The tutor works directly with the student, identifies where the real difficulty lies and builds from there, combining the centre’s own materials with the student’s own notes and resources.
Is your approach for university students different from other stages?
Yes. At university, students already know how to study, but they often carry over shaky concepts from Bachillerato (sixth form, ages 16–18) that hold back their progress. Our job is to pinpoint exactly where that block is and resolve it efficiently, without wasting time revising what’s already secure.
